This is a lightweight stick and will arrive to you complete with a cotton wrist cord and a rubber ferrule already attached. Buy a couple of spare ferrules with your order to keep you going for a while. You can adjust the height from 81cm to 91cm (32 to 36 inches) and once it is set, you wan't need to adjust it again.
