A minimal intervention approach combined with the image of the original barren land inspired the name of the wine, INOPIA, which translates to made from nothing in Latin. Rich and complex on the nose (and you wouldnt be wrong if you mistake this for a young white Burgundy), orchard fruits such as pear and apricot and white peach blossoms leap out of the glass. Opulent and textured on the
